Emirates has inaugurated its new daily service to Hangzhou, strengthening its presence in the Chinese market with a fifth gateway on the mainland.
The launch comes just weeks after the airline added Shenzhen to its network, says an official release.
With the new addition, Emirates now operates 49 weekly flights across five major Chinese cities—Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou.
To enhance its premium offering, Emirates has extended its complimentary chauffeur-drive service for First and Business Class passengers in Hangzhou, joining more than 70 cities worldwide where the service is available, including Beijing, Shanghai, London, Paris, Dubai, and Milan.
The Dubai–Hangzhou route is being served by a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, offering 8 private First Class suites, 42 Business Class seats, and 304 Economy Class seats.
Through interline and code share partnerships with China Southern Airlines, Air China, and Sichuan Airlines, Emirates also provides travelers with seamless connectivity to destinations beyond its own network within China.
