Grameenphone, the country’s leading telecom operator, has launched a new digital ecosystem, ‘Grameenphone One’, aiming to transform the daily digital experience of its customers through innovation, security, and integrated services.
Unveiled at a flagship event in Dhaka, ‘Grameenphone One’ marks a strategic shift in the company’s journey from a conventional telecom provider to a forward-looking telco-tech company. The initiative is designed to go beyond connectivity, empowering users with services tailored for the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Major General (retd) Md Emdad Ul Bari, Chairman of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), attended the event as the Chief Guest, along with Md. Abu Bakar Siddique, BTRC Vice Chairman, and several Director Generals.
Top Grameenphone executives, including CEO Yasir Azman, CMO Farha Naz Zaman, CPO Solaiman Alam, CBO Dr. Asif Naimur Rashid, and CCAO Tanveer Mohammad, were present at the event.
